GlasPod was born from a simple idea: give the African community in Scotland a platform to share real stories, unfiltered conversations, and perspectives you won't find anywhere else.

Hosted by George and Rachael, every episode brings honest discussions about culture, identity, mental health, immigration, careers, and the everyday experiences of living abroad — all with warmth, humour, and authenticity.
